A Clarity Consult is a focused, one-on-one conversation where we look at your specific setup, your workflows, agent configuration, token burn patterns, and current challenges. It's the right next step when you want a targeted strategy that goes beyond the general course material, or when you have complex questions and needs that the courses don't fully address.

You'll share your current LLM workflows, including models you use, agent configurations, typical tasks, and areas where you're challenged to use agents efficiently and effectively. Sessions can focus on everyday agent management as well as more sophisticated topics like multi-agent workflows or plugging cost leakages in automated systems. Sessions are strategic: we'll tie in concepts and strategies outlined in the course material to your everyday workflows and high-value tasks, and build a clear set of next steps tailored to your situation.

Individual sessions are 45 minutes. Group sessions can accommodate up to 4 participants and run for 90 minutes, giving time for everyone's questions to be addressed.

It's recommended that you complete the assessment and review the research before booking a session. This will provide you with a good understanding of the baseline concepts around effective LLM utilization strategies and the key cost drivers influenced by how you use AI. This will provide you with baseline knowledge and support and help you maximize your session time.

Group sessions are available for up to 4 participants. Clarity Consults are focused on your situation, at the team and individual levels.

You receive a post-session Clarity Guide, a documented set of next steps tailored to your workflows. It maps directly to the cost-reduction behaviors outlined in the research and is aligned around concepts highlighted during sessions.
